Za vas smo pripremili atraktivan interaktivni program i zanimljive goste čija će vas energija pratiti još dugo nakon završetka skupa.

Zagreb, subota 18. ožujka 2017., 9.30 – 13.20 sati
Kongresni centar Forum Zagreb, Radnička Cesta 50 – Centar Green Gold

Iduće će predavanje i radionicu - The Power of Play na zabavan i opušten način predstaviti Dimitrios Koumpis. U interakciji sa sudionicima predavač će prikazati igru kao motivirajući alat za učenje novoga jezika. Skup će rasplesanim i raspjevanim predavanjem The Spirit of Ireland zatvoriti Paul O'Grady. Svestrani Paul O'Grady okupljenima će (tek dan nakon proslave Dana Svetog Patrika) pokušati dočarati duh njegove rodne zemlje.

SESSIONS:

21st Century Skills – Steve Lever
21st century learners need a skill set capable of meeting the constantly changing demands of modern life. These skills are not only linguistic, but include a range of cognitive and practical tools that will help learners communicate, collaborate and use the resources available to them creatively, critically and effectively. In this session, we will examine: what these skills are; why learners need them; and why they should be of interest to the language teacher.

The Power of Play – Dimitris Koumpis
Play allows learners to explore and practice new language in an enjoyable and motivating way. Games create the context for meaningful communication and provide the opportunity for comprehensible input and output. We will discuss how games can lead to acquisition and look at different games using all the language skills- and have some fun along the way.

The Spirit of Ireland – Paul O'Grady
A story of Irish culture through stories, songs and dance with the best bits of Irish thinking that might be worth borrowing.
